COVID-19 UPDATE (updated 05/26/21)

Throughout this pandemic, we have monitored the CDC, health authorities and of course NY State guidelines to ensure we are taking all the appropriate preventative measures. We continue to develop practices and new efforts to build upon our previous actions to support the well-being of everyone. We want you all to know that protecting the safety and health of both our employees and clients is paramount and our top priority. We are committed, as always, to making sure our customers have a positive and secure experience.

***Effective August 31st 2020: Showrooms will be open Monday-Saturday: 9am-5pm***

 

Safety Measures

  • In NY State, fully vaccinated persons are NOT REQUIRED to wear masks in any of our stores. Non-vaccinated persons ARE REQUIRED to wear masks. We will be following the “Honor System” like all other major retailers.
  • If any employee and/or customer feels uncomfortable, we have a responsibility to make them feel safe. If our customer is uncomfortable with our salesperson NOT wearing a mask, then that salesperson WILL put on a mask or another salesperson/manager will help that client and vice versa.
  • We will not penalize anyone for wearing a mask.
  • We do reserve the right on a per branch level to require masks if there is a NONVACCINATED high risk person in place.
  • All Delivery employees/associates will be following the same rules above and are still instructed to follow preventive actions (handwashing, mask use, disinfecting, and carrying hand sanitizer)
  • All our deliveries are curbside so mask wearing is only necessary for NONVACCINATED individuals.
  • We are still happy to book virtual appointments with you and please feel free to use our live chat feature to place online orders for curbside pick-up.
  • We are still disinfecting our showrooms and warehouses continually. Additional sanitation action to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas are continuous throughout the day.
  • We’re are still encouraging social and physical distancing within each of our stores and distribution centers. Employees/Associates have been assigned to reiterate 6 feet apart rule.
  • Signage displayed in our stores encourage guests and associates to maintain safe distances. Stores and distribution centers have posted signage regarding handwashing and other preventative actions.
