This showroom is beautifully laid-out, well-lit and organized. It is easy to view the many different types of tiles Cancos carries without becoming overwhelmed. The variety is vast. I have purchased large-format, book-matched porcelain slab tile as large as 8ft. tall to use in Hampton's houses with 2-story living rooms down to 2" x 2" specialized glass tiles in hard-to-find colors for an all-custom project. Beyond the interior tile selections, they carry exterior tile and pavers as well.
If you have questions or need design input, Susan, Jimmy and Danny are extremely helpful. They are knowledgeable in all types of tile materials, whether it be natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, or glass and will let you know what will work best for your project.

I highly recommend Cancos Tile & Stone of Westbury. When I was looking to renovate my kitchen and master bathroom, I went to several tile stores (including the “big box” stores) looking for tile, but with all of the options out there, I never found “the” tile. A friend had recommended Susan at Cancos Westbury and I am so happy I went there! Susan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I showed her pictures of bathrooms and kitchens that I liked, so she would have an idea of the look I was going for in both of these rooms.
Susan showed me several options of what she thought I would like and they were exactly what I had been looking for! I came into Cancos of Westbury in hopes of redoing my master bathroom. I was without direction but thankfully the store manager, Susan, came to my rescue. Being assisted by one of the most friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable individuals definitely made the experience a great one. In each visit Susan went above and beyond in her efforts to create a beautiful bathroom. I can happily say that I loved my experience at Cancos almost as much as I love my new bathroom. Westbury location has the best customer service! Sue S. was so knowledgeable and remained mindful of my budget all while thoroughly explaining each product that I was interested in. She was timely to all of my appointments and they had a beautiful selection. I have recommended several friends to Cancos and they all have been equally as satisfied!!
I worked with Sue S. (Showroom Manager) on two bathrooms and I could not be more satisfied. She was wonderful every step of the way. Not only was she attentive but she also has a creative eye that helped me consider different options I had not originally thought of prior to working with her. Great overall experience, from first meeting with Joe in the showroom to the delivery of the tiles the entire staff was very helpful during the whole process. Joe is super knowledgeable and helped us pick the right designs. We highly recommend going to see Joe and the staff at Canco's East Northport!
I have purchased on several occasions thru this store. Joe is really great at helping pick out what works best for your needs. He designed 2 bathrooms and a foyer for me.. I've been impressed and am headed back for one more project!
I would highly recommend that anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom and needing to purchase tile for those projects, should go to the Cancos showroom in East Northport and work with one of their sales professionals. My salesman was Carlo Maltempi and he was extremely patient in showing me the many different options and colors I was looking for in my recent bathroom remodel. The customer service in this particular showroom is 2nd to none as I have been to several of their other locations in recent years and did not receive the same outstanding attention I received in this store. Also noteworthy, the store manager Pete was just tremendous in helping me obtain a refund for the unused items that were not needed for the project but were purchased in case they might be needed. This just tells me that their respect for the customer goes way beyond the original sale as refunds are not usually handled by most retailers in such a straightforward and easy manner. Pete did not hesitate to be of assistance and his demeanor was friendly and beyond my expectations. I hope anyone reading this review values the comments as I personally use them myself in judging whether or not I should patronize a business whether it be retail merchants or restaurants, etc...like you see on Yelp.

Been coming here for YEARS!. I deal with Randi in the E. Northport location. She's the best! Great prices and service. Did several tile projects around the house, then when it came time to remodel the office, we used Cancos again.. Everyone in the office LOVES the new floor and we got a great deal on it.. What else can I say.. You won't be disappointed!!!!
