Return Policy

• Returns are only accepted at our main warehouses (Farmingville, Hicksville, N. Brunswick)
• Returns will only be accepted during warehouse hours of operation. Monday through Saturday. 9:00am – 4:00pm.
• Returns will only be accepted with a sales receipt dated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Returns will only be accepted in full unopened cartons.
• All wholesale returns will be charged a 20% restocking charge.
• All retail returns will be charged a 10% handling fee. All refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
• Cash refunds over $50.00 will be in the form of a check and will be mailed. Please allow 14 days.
